October 2014 Update

Saturday 18th October, ROCKFEST, a fundraiser for the Los Gigantes Carnaval has changed location. Omar and his Carnaval Committee team have been unable to use the plaza, as the work is not finished, so they have decided to use the only other available space......the traffic island where the Tourist Office stands in Los Gigantes, near the Paraiso del Sol Restaurant.

Well, this will be the first time we have played on a roundabout!! Tio Franklin (a seven piece soul/Rock band) start at 7 pm and Old Dogs New Tricks kick off at 9 pm until midnight. Part of the street will be closed to traffic. There will be a pop-up bar with tables and chairs - all funds from this bar go to Carnaval. Also there will be gorgeous girls touring the crowd with buckets. All euros donated go to the staging of Los Gigantes' famous annual Carnaval. Plenty of restaurants around if you want to book dinner.

The biggest ROCKFEST on the island - well the traffic island! We look forward to seeing you all. Bring your dancing shoes!

Been here for 2 weeks and seen you both at Route 66 but was amazed how you adapted to playing to a slightly different audience at the Highland Paddy. Highly entertaining , can't wait until next year. I'm the old fart wit...
